From the very start I was impressed with the friendly and informative sale. I requested a home delivery, no problems what so ever, contact made and delivery spot on. Rosie in the Guildford store was very helpful in making our decision on which futon sofabed to buy - frame, futon, cover etc.
Delivery was quick and self assembly was good - after we studied the instructions several times!

Futon could keep the furniture in storage until I was ready to receive it. They added an additional piece of furniture over the phone and sent link for payment instantly. The quality of the items delivered were excellent and the instructions to build them were clear. Delivery service was very good....
