Advice in shop was very good and staff very friendly.
Delivery company telephoned to check availability for delivery, then delivered when agreed. They put the futon in the room we requested.

The shop in Norwich is lovely and when looking at the window display you get drawn in like a magnet. Really friendly shop assistants and generally very welcoming. There are so many nice things for the home at very competitive prices. I highly recommend as I keep going back.

Cannot fault this Company. Very efficient, delivery within a few days. Kept up to date with time etc. The product we ordered is very high quality, we were so impressed we ordered two more. (Sleepover single futon fold up bed). Very competitively priced too. We can highly recommend.

The product was exactly as described. The quality was really good and assembly instructions were clear. Only issue was that the top and bottom sections of the cabinet that I had ordered had the incorrect numbering so I had to take apart and re do. Delivery was exceptional as had to rearrange but the guys were at our door at 07:30 on delivery day

In store experience fabulous. Jamie was an absolute star - helpful, knowledgeable and patient. His suggestions worked beautifully and we now have a neat refurbished futon which we are much happier with. I didn’t find the website informative enough.

Beautiful with great quality and nice design.
Delivery could be improved though, as they don't give advanced notice of when it will happen other than 24 hours before and within an 8-hour slot.
